I. Shangri-La Paris

The Shangri-La Paris is the former residence of Prince Roland Bonaparte (Napoleon Bonaparte’s grandnephew).
It has classic rococo style interior with a subtle east-meets-west theme. They offer several wedding packages, making it simple to plan from overseas and with 100 guestrooms, two restaurants and a bar, your guests will feel as if they never need to leave… except the view of the Eiffel tower out their balcony will be calling their name!
The Shangri La is in the 16th arrondissement, which gives it its iconic views of the Eiffel Tower and River Seine. Sites such as the Arc de Triomphe and Pont Alexandre III are just a short walk away, making it the perfect location for guests wishing to sight see and for Paris bridal party photoshoots!
Our couple’s love the Eiffel Terrace for rooftop ceremonies. But don’t worry, if it rains… the gilded interior of Le Grand Salon is absolutely stunning for first looks, and indoor wedding ceremonies!
My Bridal Beauty Advice for this wedding venue: These palatial spaces call for big dresses and big hair. Opt for fuller skirts, big curls, half up styles, voluminous updos or keep it sleek in a chignon or bun. For makeup, go medium intensity or bolder.

Their rooms and reception spaces are white, airy and luxurious. We love the natural lighting in the La Rotunde room and their Lasvit crystal chandelier, featuring 90,000 polished pearls!
The Peninsula has their own team of planners, chefs and florist that will help bring your unique wedding vision to life. We’ve worked with this team on many occasions and we’re sure they will make your wedding everything you envision!
One major selling point for couples is the Peninsula’s 1934 Rolls Royce Phantom, and their secret terrace. The Hotel’s 1934 Rolls Royce Phantom is a very rare care—only four exist in the world. Couples can use this to transport them from the ceremony location to their reception at the Peninsula Hotel. The Peninsula has a “Secret Terrace” at the highest point in the building, with a breathtaking view of the Parisian rooftops, the Sacré Cœur Basilica, and the Eiffel Tower- you and your significant other will feel like they are on top of the world!
